Key Notes about the Program
We prioritize foundational math concepts, because our goal is to help kids to understand why math works. By helping students master the core concepts they struggle with, we aim to push them beyond just memorizing formulas and algorithms. By building up a strong base of foundational knowledge, students will be better equipped to succeed in their classwork, homework, and tests.
We have students work for their answers. Our instructors pick out select problems from their homework assignments and explain the problem-solving process leading up to the solution. Students are encouraged to do their best to solve problems independently before seeking guidance from their instructor.
We tailor-make every student's learning plan, and your input is very important in that process! If you find that your student needs more support on a particular topic in order to succeed in class, we would love to know about it. No matter what the concept, we'll be happy to work on it!

Membership Program Options
Premium Membership
This program is our most popular option. Students with a premium membership are given a customized learning plan that is tailored to suit their unique needs. Each learning plan is crafted using a comprehensive assessment process and is tailored to suit a student's unique needs.

With our premium membership, attendance is flexible. Each student is allowed up to 13 hours of sessions per month* and can use these hours as they wish. Extra hours can be purchased at a discounted rate. Additional hours do not expire.
​
A student's monthly hours will reset on their cycle date. For example, if your program starts on March 5, your cycle date is the 5th, and your hours will reset on the 5th of every month. Unused monthly hours expire on the next cycle date.
​
Students in this program are allowed to bring in homework or test prep materials during their sessions if they have any questions they would like to ask.
​
*Students in Algebra I and above will have 18 hours per month.
With a premium membership, you can place a hold on your program if you know that you won't be coming in for a while (such as during vacations). Holds must be made in increments of weeks or months.
​
For example, you may put your program on hold for 7, 14, 21 days, a full month, or two full months. Your cycle and tuition payment dates will be pushed back by the duration of the hold.
Special Programs
The following programs are not eligible for holds. Once your cycle date is set, it cannot be changed until the end of the contract. All membership hours will expire and reset on the cycle date.

Students will work one-on-one with an instructor, and can work on homework or MathPlex Curriculum during each session.

For students who want to work on the MathPlex Curriculum, regular assessments are included free of charge.

Pay by the hour.​ We offer discounts when private tutoring hours are purchased in bundles of 10 or more.
