Registration for the 2023-2024 Academic School Year Is Now Open!

How It Works

Classes are broken up into two semesters. New students can join at any time! Maximum class size is up to 6 students. Before registration, please schedule your student for an assessment first for class placement.

How To Register

There are four parts to registration.

1. Complete the Enrollment Form. Register through the form on this page. The enrollment form will require you to fill out the parent's contact information, the student's information, and your choice of payment for the recurring monthly payments. Please read through our policies on attendance, expectations, and requirements carefully. Lastly, please indicate which program you are interested in for your child.

2. Placement Assessment. After filling out the form, you will be contacted to schedule a placement assessment for your child. This is an informal assessment to gauge where your student is at in terms of reading comprehension level and find areas in need of improvement.

3.  Consultation. We will call you to discuss your child's results and recommend suitable programs to meet your child's needs. Any information about your child's scholarly achievements, learning habits, or progress at school is welcome to help us better understand how we can help. If you have any requests, please share them during the consultation.

4. Tuition + One-time $50 enrollment fee. Upon receipt of the registration form and consultation of your child's placement results, you are required to pay tuition fees for the first billing cycle (# of classes per month). The one-time enrollment fee will cover materials and account registration for our parent portal. This fee is non-refundable.

After you pay for tuition and registration, a Welcome Email will be sent out within 2-3 days to confirm your child's enrollment into the program. You will have access to your student's online folder and will be asked to make an account on our parent member portal.

Program Policy

If a group schedules a session and one of the students is unable to attend, then the student will be allowed to do a make-up session so that they do not fall behind. One make-up session is allowed per cycle. Same-day notice of absence will be counted as a session and is not eligible for a make-up session.

If a group adds or removes students during an ongoing cycle, the difference in pricing will be applied at the start of the next cycle.

Students are responsible for obtaining their own books for their classes. A book list will be provided in advance.
